Automations is a feature that allows the user to set multiple actions to happen based on the survey respondents actions and answers on the survey form.
Use case examples
1. A customer has visited retail chains store. The customer feedback form asks what store the customer visited and based on that selection the customer is redirected to the store webpage (Or any other landing page) after the survey is finished.
2. Customer feedback is collected right after a service experience. The customer feels that the experience was bad and based on it gives rating 2 on a scale from 1-5. The survey has an automation that sends a summary of the answer to the customer relationship manager if the scale rating is 3 or less. The manager can contact the customer for an appology of the bad experience and more information on how to improve the service.
Automations button is accessible in the Manage view only after the survey is published.
