It is possible to set a limit to prevent detailed analysis of results if the number of responses is too low, for example to protect the anonymity of the respondents.
This can be useful in a few different cases:
1. If you're sharing the results via Shared Access -reporting links.
2. If you're sharing the results to another Surveypal -user via 'Result Sharing' in your surveys Analyze-view
If the limit is active and a chosen Filter does not have enough responses to satisfy the analysis limit, no responses will be shown for that Filter. Note that this affects 'All responses' -filter as well.
NOTE! Survey owner and all Surveypal -users who have been shared Editing-rights to the survey will always have full access to the survey results.
NOTE! Setting this limit active will prevent Excel-reports from being exported in Shared Access -reporting links.
How to set the limit
1. Open your surveys Build-view
2. Click Settings
3. Click Restrictions
4. Enable 'Prevent detailed analysis of results if the respondent number is too low' and set desired value
5. Save
