Here are step by step instructions to create integration between Surveypal and your Genesys.
Login to Genesys
Click "Menu" from top left corner
Choose "IT and Integrations" and then choose "OAuth"
Click "Add client"
Add name, for example "Surveypal Integration"
From "Grant Types" choose "Code Authorization"
Click "Next"
Add following URL to field "Authorized redirect URIs (one per line)": https://my.surveypal.com/app/oauth/client/callback?provider=genesys
Select following scopes from "Scope" field:
- analytics
- analytics:readonly
- architect:readonly
- authorization:readonly
- conversations:readonly
- oauth:readonly
- routing:readonly
- user-basic-info

Click "Save"
Login to Surveypal
Go to your account and select tab "Connected accounts"
Click button "Connect" from Genesys row
Choose the right domain (you can find domain from browser address bar when you are logged in to Genesys)
Copy and paste Oauth application client ID from Genesys
Copy and paste Oauth application client secret from Genesys
Click “Authenticate to Genesys”
Next you will see a popup which asks your Genesys username and password.
Now authentication is ready and you can setup integration to your survey.
Open the survey what you want to use
Go to Manage view
Click "Integrations"
Click "Configure" from Genesys row
Now you can define rules for phone or email or IVR channel.
NOTE: One Surveypal user can map one survey for each channel. If you want to have 2 different surveys for the same channel (e.g. phone), there needs to be two separate Surveypal users.
