As GDPR suggests, holding registry information for unnecessary long time should be avoided. Naturally if your surveys don't contain any information that could be interpreted as personal information there's no need to get delete such data.
Ways to delete survey data:
- Delete the whole survey and delete it also from the 'Deleted' view. This is the easiest way e.g. with event enrolment surveys. Remember to create needed reports and make a copy of the survey to keep it as a draft before deleting it.
- In survey Manage-view you can select a single respondent and delete it or open the response and remove content partially.
- Administrator-level users can use our search tool to look for and delete respondent data.
