{{summary::condensed}} includes ONLY the questions the respondent answered.
{{summary::full}} includes also the questions the respondent didn’t answer. - 'When response has been completed' condition is preset and enough for the automation to work

This automation needs an open field set as email address input in the survey form. Add one and check that the input type is set as email in the element settings. (Click the element gear menu to find the settings.) If the survey has been published already, you can still check the element settings. If the survey has been launched and there’s no open field for email address in the survey, you have to make a copy of the survey to be able to add that.
