- Open the survey from which you need to get new answer notifications.
- Navigate to the 'Manage' view.
- Click 'Automations'.
- If needed, create a new automation with + button on the lower left corner of the window
- Set the condition to: 'Any response given'
- Select the action: 'Send summary via email to following address(es) automatically'
- Fill the needed email address(es) to the Recipient field.
- Type a sender text you wish to show to the recipient (Do not use email address in this field)
- Type a topic and message. (Message field should contain at least the text {{condsummary}} or {{summary}} if you wish to get recipients answer summary to the email notification.)
{{condsummary}} includes ONLY the questions the respondent answered.
{{summary}} includes also the questions that the respondent didn’t answer. - Save
