The number scale is a handy question type if you have only one statement or few statements that touch different topics that you wish to present to the respondents. The response experience is pleasant with the large buttons showing the numbers. You can also improve the response experience by using 'Selection changes page' setting, thus allowing respondents to be moved to the next page after making their selection.
NB! While the default scale is from 0 to 10, the element doesn't automatically show Net Promoter® Score results in the Analyze-view. You can use the dedicated NPS-question type for those needs. If you however have used the number scale in earlier surveys for NPS, you can go to the survey Build-view and mark it to be NPS-type from the question gear menu settings.
